Every release has its own logic but are all connected in their roots. The sum of all the releases form a collection. The collection is a living organism that changes naturally over time like a wardrobe.
The design is simple, considered, raw, modern, and elegant.
The design discusses urgent or relevant subjects such as gender, social equality and tradition.
Sustainability permeates all aspects of the brand. It is slow fashion, Non seasonal, made to order, no stock, locally produced, good quality garments in sustainable materials
Maja Brix founded her label in 2016, this after leaving her position as Head of Henrik Vibskov Femme 2003-2011 and after finishing her studies at Central Saint Martins College of Art, Womenswear (first-class honours).
As part of a sustainable strategy, Maja Brix
garments are produced by pre-order to avoid overproduction. All orders are
delivered within 8 weeks.
